SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship USPS domestically and internationally and UPS. We try to keep are shipping costs reasonable. We calculate based on weight of the item and WILL ALWAYS combine shipping for a lower cost for multiple items.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail. We ship 5-6 days a week and we ship promptly once payment is received. For items that don't qualify for free shipping; our shipping cost is based on weight, distance to final destination, and the time and care it takes to package your item. We use new boxes, new tissue, and new packing materials to ensure that each item arrives in the condition that it was purchased. We will always combine shipping for multiple items.
FRUGAL TIMES RESALE SHOPPING GUIDELINES
All our resale items are on consignment, sold "as-is" and are non-refundable. For this reason, please ask any questions prior to bidding or placing your order. Our warehouse is smoke free, but we cannot vouch for the previous owner.
Please remember these are used items (unless it says NWT = New With Tag in the headline) and as much as we try to look them over (and describe what we find), we may miss something.
We will usually list any defects we find. Also, keep in mind that we show the original size label, BUT, we have no way of knowing whether or not the previous owner performed any alterations. For this reason, we try to give detailed measurements. Please check these measurements against your own to ensure a proper fit.

Furthermore, as with any used clothing or antique/vintage clothing, please take into account that even the most cherished and cared for piece may have age related minor imperfections.
Each piece is carefully examined and discernible flaws are disclosed when found. Please plan on either dry cleaning or washing the garment before you wear it.
CRAZY spots you may see are from our camera and do not appear on the item. Black items are sometimes washed out in color, purple sometimes look blue. Please keep in mind certain colors are hard to photograph. We take our photos in our showroom and do our best to represent the colors. Note: We Will Not refund because of colors.
OUR RETURN POLICY
All sales are final; therefore we encourage you to ask any questions prior to purchase. We try to answer all questions quickly. Knowing that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances regarding a purchase, good communication with us is essential in trying to work out a solution.
All items are sold "AS IS" and are therefore non-refundable except when the item is significantly not as described in our listing. We will not refund because of colors. Please contact us prior to return via email ([email protected]) or at 224-653-9595 for a RMA authorization. Item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of shipping date. Refund will occur within 5 days of receipt of item. No return will be accepted or money refunded without prior authorization.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Google Checkout, Money Orders, and Personal checks (with a 10 day hold until cleared).
